Delete your Ebbward account

In the app

Open Ebbward, go to Settings, open your account, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password. The deletion happens right away.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email support@ebbward.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete the account the same way the app does.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and password.
• Your sign-in sessions and push notification tokens.
• Your synced preferences and saved beaches.
• Your visibility reports and the flags you raised.
• Your condition alert rules and alert history.
• The text and device details of feedback you sent.

What is kept

A record that a deletion happened, and the status of feedback you sent (with its text removed), so we can account for requests. Emails already delivered to you or to our team stay in those inboxes. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for how long other data is kept.
